Revydo connects to your practice's Google Business Profile via OAuth, and reads compatible calendars to sync visits without double entry.
The only review channel we support. Connected through Google's official OAuth flow, which scopes Revydo to read reviews and post replies — only on the listings you have explicitly connected.
To trigger a review request at the right moment, Revydo reads the practitioner's calendar via an iCal connector or a native patient-record integration. No clinical data is extracted.
Review requests are sent via the channel you have chosen for each patient. Messages are signed and encrypted, and the request database is purged after sending.
All data is hosted in the European Union, on Postgres 16 (Neon, Frankfurt region). At-rest encryption is AES-256-GCM, and retention is configurable per practice.
It is the only review source that matters for local SEO and a future patient's decision. Booking, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor are travel and hospitality platforms — patients looking for a practice do not consult them. Focusing the product on Google also means we can better manage tone consistency and traceability.
Yes. Pricing stays indexed on the number of protected clinicians and locations; you can connect as many listings as you have protected locations.
From your Google account, in the “Security · Third-party apps” section. Revocation is immediate: Revydo loses access in under a minute, and already-published replies remain yours.
Yes. You can manually mark the visits that should trigger a review request, or import an iCal feed. The native integration is offered to remove this manual entry.
