For clinics and groups

Google review management for clinics and groups

Multiple sites, multiple practitioners, one consolidated view. The group voice must stay consistent, and each site must be able to personalise its replies.

Revydo connects to every Google listing under the group, reads every review by site and by practitioner, and drafts a reply consistent with the group's editorial guidelines. The rollup is automatic, and each site manager has access to their own inbox only.

What this silo recognises

One voice at the group level

The Voice Agent is trained at the group level. Each site can adjust the tone (more formal for one site, warmer for another), but consistency stays legible.

Permissions by site and by practitioner

The group manager sees every inbox. The site manager sees their site's inbox. The practitioner sees their own listings' inbox. Permissions are granular, and revocable.

Automatic rollup

A group dashboard aggregates ratings, review volume, and response time by site and by practitioner. The view stays operational, not a quarterly report.

Escalation at the group level

Reviews with disciplinary risk (named practitioner, request for redress, behaviour report) are immediately routed to the group manager, in addition to the site manager.

How Revydo handles a group review

Detection by site, classification by practitioner, draft at the group level, approval by site or by practitioner according to permissions.

  1. 1

    Detection on every group listing

The Watcher reads every Google listing under the group, detects new reviews, and routes them to the right site and practitioner's inbox.

  2. 2

Classification by site and by practitioner

The Safety Agent classifies the review by site and by named practitioner. Signals specific to each site (e.g. in-store wait, model availability) are recognised.

  3. 3

    Draft at the group level

The Voice Agent drafts a reply consistent with the group's editorial guidelines, adjusted to the tone configured for the site.

  4. 4

Approval by site or by practitioner

The draft is routed to the site manager or the practitioner. Disciplinary cases are immediately escalated to the group manager.

Why now

Framework current as of September 2026.

Three bodies of law govern how you reply to an online review.

Revydo does not reinvent the framework. It absorbs it into every agent, so compliance does not depend on a forgetful assistant.

Legal framework

Consumer right to publish an online review

An online review is protected speech, not a marketing artefact. Hosting platforms and the reviewed professional both have obligations to the publisher, including the right of reply and the limits on removal.

EU Directive 2000/31/EC and national transpositions

Personal data

GDPR in force since May 2018

Every review contains personal data. The act of drafting a reply, storing it, or displaying it alongside the review is processing under GDPR. A careless reply is a separate data event, not a footnote.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Professional ethics

Codes of professional conduct

Where the practice is regulated (medicine, law, dentistry, physiotherapy, etc.), the professional code of ethics stays enforceable inside the reply. A draft that confirms a client relationship or reveals a covered fact is a disciplinary risk, not a marketing choice.

National codes of professional conduct

Frequently asked questions

How does the group-level rollup work?

A group dashboard automatically aggregates ratings, review volume, and response time by site and by practitioner. The view stays operational, and the reports are exportable in CSV or PDF.

How are permissions managed?

The group manager sees every inbox. The site manager sees their site's inbox. The practitioner sees their own listings' inbox. Every permission is revocable from the group dashboard.

What happens on a disciplinary-risk review?

The review is locked down. The auto-draft is not produced. The review is immediately routed to the group manager, in addition to the site manager and the named practitioner.

Can each site have a different voice?

Yes. The Voice Agent is trained at the group level, but each site can adjust the tone (formal, warm, technical). Consistency stays legible, and the adjustments are centralised.
