For specialists

Google review management for specialist practices

The cycle is long, the review volume is small, and every review weighs on the next consultation. The practice's voice must stay the same despite scheduling changes.

Revydo detects every review on your Google listing, classifies the risk by your specialty, and drafts a strictly factual reply. Clinical cases are locked down, and permitted reviews receive a draft consistent with the practice's voice.

What this silo recognises

Long cycles, small volume, high standards

A specialist practice often receives fewer than 10 reviews a month. Every review counts. Revydo reads them, sorts them, and only surfaces what needs a human decision.

Classification by specialty

The Safety Agent is configured to your specialty (ophthalmology, dermatology, ENT, gastro, etc.). The clinical signals specific to the specialty are detected and locked down.

Practice voice, not generic voice

The Voice Agent is trained on the practice's prior replies, and adjusted to the specialisation (e.g. orthoptics, ambulatory surgery, long consultation).

End-of-cycle review request

For specialties where the consultation is long (e.g. assessment), Revydo triggers the review request after the follow-up consultation, not after the first visit.

How Revydo handles a specialist review

Detection, classification by specialty, draft in the practice's voice, approval by the practitioner or reception.

  1. 1

    Detection on the practice's listing

The Watcher reads the practice's Google listing, detects new reviews, and stores the author, star rating, language, text, and date.

  2. 2

    Classification by specialty

The Safety Agent classifies the review by the configured specialty. Signals specific to the specialty (e.g. exam outcome, diagnostic wait, comparison with another practitioner) are locked down.

  3. 3

    Draft in the practice's voice

The Voice Agent drafts a strictly factual reply, adjusted to the specialisation and the consultation length.

  4. 4

    Approval by the practitioner

The draft is stored in the inbox. The practitioner approves, edits, or rejects. Sensitive cases are routed with timestamp and full context.

Why now

Framework current as of September 2026.

Three bodies of law govern how you reply to an online review.

Revydo does not reinvent the framework. It absorbs it into every agent, so compliance does not depend on a forgetful assistant.

Legal framework

Consumer right to publish an online review

An online review is protected speech, not a marketing artefact. Hosting platforms and the reviewed professional both have obligations to the publisher, including the right of reply and the limits on removal.

EU Directive 2000/31/EC and national transpositions

Personal data

GDPR in force since May 2018

Every review contains personal data. The act of drafting a reply, storing it, or displaying it alongside the review is processing under GDPR. A careless reply is a separate data event, not a footnote.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Professional ethics

Codes of professional conduct

Where the practice is regulated (medicine, law, dentistry, physiotherapy, etc.), the professional code of ethics stays enforceable inside the reply. A draft that confirms a client relationship or reveals a covered fact is a disciplinary risk, not a marketing choice.

National codes of professional conduct

Frequently asked questions

How does Revydo distinguish a review about reception from a review about the consultation?

The Safety Agent is configured by specialty. For most specialties, reviews that mention a symptom, a diagnosis, or a treatment are locked down. Only reviews that talk about the practice (reception, waiting, administration) get an auto-draft.

What happens if a patient compares the practice with another practitioner?

The review is locked down. The auto-draft is not produced. The practitioner is alerted with timestamp and full context, and can write a manual reply if needed.

How does Revydo handle specialties with long cycles (assessment, follow-up)?

The review request can be triggered at the end of the follow-up cycle, not after the first consultation. The timing is configurable at the practice level.

What if the review names a colleague?

The review is locked down. The draft does not mention any colleague. The practitioner is alerted, and can write a manual reply if needed, while respecting professional collegiality.
