How Revydo works for your practice
Revydo is not an app you have to open. It is four agents running in the background, reading your Google listing and acting on the rules you defined.
Each agent is independent, but the pipeline chains them: a review is detected, filtered, a reply is drafted, your patients are invited. You only step in on what truly matters.

The agent that reads your listing
The Watcher is the first link: without it, nothing else fires. It reads your Google Business Profile, identifies new reviews, and pushes the information to the next agents.
It runs as a background service — no app to open, no notification to watch. Configure it once, then forget it.

Safety
The agent that filters risk
No draft is ever published without the Safety Agent's green light. It reads the review and scores it against 11 sensitive dimensions — medical confidentiality, peer comparison, explicit complaints.
When a sensitive signal is detected, the Safety Agent locks automatic publishing and surfaces the review to the practitioner with a measured draft. Otherwise, it lets the pipeline continue.

The agent that invites your patients
Your happiest patients are also the most silent ones. The Patient Agent sends them a simple invitation, at the right moment, without pressure.
You stay in control: channel (SMS, e-mail), delay after the visit, message. No invitation is ever sent on the basis of a condition filter.

Consumer right to publish an online review
An online review is protected speech, not a marketing artefact. Hosting platforms and the reviewed professional both have obligations to the publisher, including the right of reply and the limits on removal.

Every review contains personal data. The act of drafting a reply, storing it, or displaying it alongside the review is processing under GDPR. A careless reply is a separate data event, not a footnote.

Professional ethics
Codes of professional conduct
Where the practice is regulated (medicine, law, dentistry, physiotherapy, etc.), the professional code of ethics stays enforceable inside the reply. A draft that confirms a client relationship or reveals a covered fact is a disciplinary risk, not a marketing choice.

Do I need to install anything at the practice?
No. Revydo runs as an online service. You connect your Google listing once, and the agents run in the background, on our servers, in the European Union.
Who decides what gets published?
You. The Voice Agent drafts, the Safety Agent may lock automatic publishing, but the final decision stays human. No review is ever published without your explicit consent.
Can the agents make mistakes?
Yes, like any system. That is why every draft is reviewed by you before publishing, and why the Safety Agent locks the 11 sensitive dimensions rather than risk a careless automatic publication.
What happens with an urgent review?
The Safety Agent detects urgency and sends you a real-time alert on the channel you chose. You see the review, the measured draft, and you decide.
