For physiotherapists

Google review management for physiotherapy clinics

Multiple practitioners, multiple Google listings — sometimes one per practitioner, sometimes a master listing at the clinic level. The voice must stay the same despite scheduling changes.

Revydo connects to every Google listing under the clinic, reads every review by language and by practitioner, and drafts a reply consistent with the clinic's editorial guidelines. When a review names a practitioner, the reply can be adjusted before publication.

What this silo recognises

One voice for the clinic, by practitioner

The Voice Agent is trained at the clinic level, and each draft can be personalised to the practitioner named in the review. Consistency stays at the clinic level.

Locked down on clinical cases

A review that mentions a specific session, a contested protocol, or a worsening condition is locked automatically. The draft is never published without review.

Multi-practitioner, one dashboard

Reception sees the consolidated inbox. Each practitioner sees their own inbox. Permissions are granular, all in the same interface.

Post-session review request

After the last session of a cycle, Revydo generates a review-request link that is sent by SMS or email, through the channel the clinic already uses.

How Revydo handles a physio review

Detection by practitioner listing, physio-specific risk classification, draft consistent with the clinic's voice, approval by the reception team.

  1. 1

    Detection on every practitioner listing

The Watcher polls every Google listing under the clinic (practitioner or master), detects new reviews, and routes them to the right recipient's inbox.

  2. 2

    Physio risk classification

The Safety Agent detects the signals specific to physiotherapy: contested protocol, prolonged pain, expected outcome, named practitioner.

  3. 3

    Draft in the clinic's voice

The Voice Agent drafts a reply consistent with the clinic's editorial guidelines, adjusted if the review names a practitioner.

  4. 4

    Approval by the reception team

Reception approves, edits, or escalates. Sensitive cases are routed to the named practitioner for arbitration.

Why now

Framework current as of September 2026.

Three bodies of law govern how you reply to an online review.

Revydo does not reinvent the framework. It absorbs it into every agent, so compliance does not depend on a forgetful assistant.

Legal framework

Consumer right to publish an online review

An online review is protected speech, not a marketing artefact. Hosting platforms and the reviewed professional both have obligations to the publisher, including the right of reply and the limits on removal.

EU Directive 2000/31/EC and national transpositions

Personal data

GDPR in force since May 2018

Every review contains personal data. The act of drafting a reply, storing it, or displaying it alongside the review is processing under GDPR. A careless reply is a separate data event, not a footnote.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Professional ethics

Codes of professional conduct

Where the practice is regulated (medicine, law, dentistry, physiotherapy, etc.), the professional code of ethics stays enforceable inside the reply. A draft that confirms a client relationship or reveals a covered fact is a disciplinary risk, not a marketing choice.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need one listing per practitioner?

Revydo works with both configurations: a master listing at the clinic level, or one listing per practitioner. Each configuration is read by the Watcher, and the inbox is partitioned accordingly.

How does Revydo distinguish the clinic voice from a practitioner's voice?

The Voice Agent is trained on the clinic's prior replies (all listings combined). For reviews that name a practitioner, the draft can be adjusted before publication without starting from scratch.

What happens to a review that names a practitioner?

The review is flagged. The draft is written in the clinic's voice, but marked for review by the named practitioner or by the clinic manager.

How does the end-of-cycle review request work?

Revydo generates a review-request link that is sent through the clinic's channel (SMS, email, WhatsApp, depending on the integration). The patient is invited to leave a review in under two clicks, with an intermediate feedback form in case of dissatisfaction.
