Terms of use

Updated 4 September 2026

These terms govern the website, the free audit and the Revydo subscription. Creating an account or starting a subscription means you accept them.

The service

Revydo watches a practice's Google listing, drafts replies in the configured voice, blocks sensitive situations, and only interrupts the clinician when their rules require it.

The free audit is an illustrative preview from public data. It is not a medical diagnosis, legal advice, or a performance guarantee.

Account and access

You must provide an accurate email and protect access to your inbox. Secretaries and partners may sign in under your subscription, under your responsibility.

You remain the author of replies published from your Google listing. Revydo does not present itself as a third party on that listing.

Your rules and ethics

You set autonomy category by category. Some situations (treatment, serious accusation, coordinated campaign) stay locked: nothing is published without you.

You agree not to use Revydo to confirm a care relationship, mention a condition, or compare yourself to a colleague. Product guardrails do not replace the code of ethics.

Pricing and cancellation

The Practice plan is €99 excluding VAT per month for one Google listing. No commitment, cancel in one click. Annual billing includes two months free. An extra clinician is €79/month, an extra location €49/month.

On cancellation, Google access is revoked. Replies already live remain your property. No pro-rata refund for a month already started, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Availability and liability

We aim for a continuous service without guaranteeing zero interruption (Google, network, maintenance). Revydo is not liable for third-party review content or for Google's decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amounts paid for the last three months of subscription.

Governing law

French law. Disputes are brought before French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where they apply.
