Changelog

What we ship, at every release.

Revydo's full changelog. Each release carries a public version, a tag (Product, Compliance, Pricing, Engineering, Documentation), and a one-sentence summary. The goal: you should never have to discover a behaviour change on your own.

as of September 2026

Why a public changelog

A product that touches a practitioner's public reputation cannot afford to change in silence. We publish every release here, in a readable format, and we send a recap email to every active practice when a release affects observed behaviour (publishing, safeguard, pricing).

Follow the changelog

An RSS feed is available so you can plug this changelog into your reader. Each release shows its tag and its public version, so you can filter (for example, ignore engineering releases if you only read compliance).

Recent releases

2026

  1. Productv2.7.0

New dashboard: alerts in a single queue

Alerts that require a human decision (sensitive review detected, photo attached, refund request) are now grouped in a single queue, sorted by age, with a counter visible from the practice home screen.

  2. Engineeringv2.6.4

    Median response latency: 1.2 s

The delay between a new review arriving and a draft proposal arriving dropped from 2.8 s to 1.2 s at the median. The generation queue was moved out of the HTTP request, which also made the platform more robust to activity spikes.

  3. Compliancev2.6.3

    CNIL breach-notification template: updated model

The 72-hour breach-notification template has been updated to reflect the 2026 CNIL doctrine. The 'categories of data subjects' field is now mandatory, and the timeline must be expressed in hours, not days.

  4. Productv2.6.2

    Detecting refund requests inside reviews

Reviews that mention a refund request, an invoice, or a pricing dispute are now blocked by construction — they no longer trigger a draft proposal, and a notification email is sent to the practitioner in the same thread.

  5. Pricingv2.6.1

Solo plan: new tier at €39 excl. VAT / month

For practitioners managing a single listing, the Solo plan drops to €39 excl. VAT / month (instead of €49) with annual commitment. The Solo+ plan (multi-site) stays at €89 excl. VAT / month. No action required for existing customers: the migration happens automatically on the next invoice.

  6. Productv2.6.0

    SMS review requests: dual opt-in

SMS review requests now require an explicit opt-in, distinct from the e-mail opt-in. A patient who only gave their phone number for appointment booking cannot receive a review request by SMS without a separate confirmation.

  7. Engineeringv2.5.2

    PostgreSQL 15 → 17 migration

The database was migrated from PostgreSQL 15 to PostgreSQL 17. No expected impact for the practitioner — queries are on average 18 % faster, which improves the draft-editor latency.

  8. Productv2.5.0

    Seed funding round: €1.2M

Revydo closes a €1.2M seed round led by Kima Ventures, with several angels from the digital-health sector. The funds finance the hire of an additional head of clinical and the opening of the London office.

  9. Compliancev2.4.3

    Standard DPA: audit clause strengthened

The standard DPA has been updated to allow the data controller to request an annual audit of sub-processors, and to clarify that any sub-processing outside the EU is subject to a documented adequacy decision.

  10. Documentationv2.4.2

    Product docs: controller guide

A new guide explains to practice data controllers which parameters to sign in the DPA, how to configure data retention, and how to exercise GDPR rights through Revydo. Available from the help centre.

  11. Engineeringv2.4.1

    Encryption at rest: AES-256-GCM

All sensitive fields (patient phone number, patient e-mail, unpublished review content) are now encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Keys are managed by AWS KMS, with automatic rotation every 90 days.

  12. Productv2.4.0

Offline mode for the draft editor

The draft editor now works offline: if the practitioner's connection drops, drafts are stored locally and synced when the connection comes back. No work lost on a network interruption.
