About · Founded 2024 · Paris & London
Revydo is an independent software publisher, based in Paris and London, building the reputation infrastructure for healthcare practices. We are not an agency, an aggregator, or a marketplace: we are the software that watches, replies, requests and alerts — while honouring professional codes of conduct, the GDPR, and medical confidentiality.
as of September 2026
Give every practitioner — from the solo practice to the multi-site group — the same level of response and vigilance that a large group can afford for its brand, without hiring, and without handing the practice's reviews to an opaque vendor.
Before Revydo, our founders watched too many practitioners lose patients to an unanswered review, or reply too quickly to a review that contained a piece of sensitive data.
Review platforms built for restaurants and hotels understand neither professional conduct, nor the GDPR, nor the asymmetry of a single negative review in a small community practice. And reputation agencies sell human time, not a product: the client remains dependent on a vendor that walks away with the know-how.
So we built software that watches what happens on the Google listing, drafts in the practitioner's voice, blocks the sensitive situations, and only interrupts the practitioner when a real human decision is needed.
No review is published without explicit human approval. The software proposes, the practitioner decides. This is the red line we will never cross, even when convenience would let us.
Sensitive situations — clinical complaints, refund requests, references to minors, identified staff — are blocked by construction. We never publish a text that could engage the practitioner's regulatory liability.
Hosting and database in the European Union. No transfers outside the EU without an adequacy decision or the controller's documented instruction. The DPA is signed on request.
The models we use are tools, not decision-makers. Tone, voice, escalation thresholds — everything is configurable. And the audit log keeps a trace of every action so the decision stays traceable.
Seven people, based in Paris and London, who build and operate the product. Engineers, former hospital practitioners, GDPR lawyers, designers.

Former dental practice manager. Replies to practitioners in French and English, and trains teams on the product.
Seven people based in Paris and London, including a general practitioner and a privacy lawyer. The company is an independent software publisher, registered in France (RCS Paris) and the United Kingdom (Companies House).
By a €1.2M seed round closed in July 2026 (investors: Kima Ventures and several angels from the digital health sector) and by subscription revenue. No investor has any say over the product's clinical decisions.
Yes. Our head of clinical (Dr. Inès Mercier) is a trained GP who still practises part-time at a community health centre. She ensures every safeguard reflects the code of medical conduct. Three practitioner-advisors review every major release before deployment.
Yes. Revydo acts as a data processor on behalf of the practice, which remains the data controller. Data is hosted in the European Union, a standard DPA is signed on request, and the breach-notification procedure complies with the 72-hour CNIL deadline.
We maintain a regular dialogue with the French National Medical Council (CNOM) and the National Council of Dental Surgeons (ONCD) on best practices for online reviews. Neither has endorsed nor prohibited Revydo to date — the product is designed to honour existing professional codes, not to bypass them.
